Trilegal

Trilegal is a full service law firm advising on all aspects of corporate and commercial law in India. Including the partners, the firm currently has over 100 lawyers across their offices in Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.

The firm provides legal advice in a wide variety of practice areas including infrastructure, energy, oil and gas, water, general corporate advice, technology and IT enabled services, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, media and entertainment, telecoms, employment, real estate, taxation and intellectual property.

The firm was established in 2000 and, despite its recent mutual referral arrangement with Magic Circle Firm - Allen & Overy, still retains the informal and entrepreneurial style of its early days.  Most lawyers in the firm are below 40 years of age and there is an almost 50:50 balance between men and women.
